Pre-Competitive : Lil Legends
Our Lil Legends Group is for swimmers who have learned some of the basic competitive skills of swimming, including Breaststroke and Flip-Turns. Swimmers will build upon their basic competitive swimming skills while learning more skills such as butterfly and Individual Medley turns. Swimmers in this group will have the opportunity to test their skills at local and provincial competitions. Commitment is not mandatory but will be monitored in this group via attendance at practice. Swimmers will work with our Lil-Legends coaches to continue their learning of all competitive skills.

Pre-Competitive : Lil Legends - Swim School
Our Legends Swim School Group is for swimmers who are interested in learning the basic competitive skills of swimming. Swimmers in this group must be able to complete a lap of Front crawl and Backstroke unassisted. Swimmers will work to learn and then develop basic competitive skills, including Breaststroke and Flip-Turns. Swimmers will have the opportunity to test their skills at skills competitions that are offered by our team throughout the season. Commitment is not mandatory but will be monitored in this group via attendance at practice.
