We agree to review the Swimmer and Parent Code of Conduct (CoC) with our swimmer(s) prior to their participation in St. John’s Legends Swim Club activities. The CoC documents are available on the Legends website under the Parents menu.
At the start of the season, coaches will also review the CoC with swimmers. Following this discussion, both swimmers and their parent(s)/guardian(s) will be required to sign and return a paper copy of the CoC form. The signed document will be kept on file for the duration of the season.
The deadline for submission of signed copies will be communicated at the beginning of the season. Swimmers who join partway through the season must print, sign, and submit their CoC within two weeks of registration.
