Summer Payment and Refund Policy

Applicable to: Summer Camps

If you choose to cancel your registration following conditions will apply:

  • $50 non-refundable Administration Cancellation Fee (per session), if cancellation is received up to 5 business days prior to the start of the camp.
  • $75 non-refundable Administration Cancellation Fee (per session), if cancellation is received less than 5 business days prior to the start of the camp
  • Cancellations after the start of the session / No-shows will not receive a refund.
  • Any cancellations prior to the camp due to illness or injury will receive a full refund, excluding Swimming Canada (SNC) Registration fee, if a medical certificate accompanies a written cancellation request.

Camp registrations are not transferable to another swimmer.

Pool closures are outside of our control. If the pool closes, we will do our best to continue running camp as an indoor and/or outdoor camp without swimming. If the facility is closed for multiple days, or if it is unsafe to run alternate activities, and we must cancel camp completely, refunds will be based on the clubs ability to recoup expenses related to the cancellation.
