​​​​​​​The St. John's Legends Swim Club Summer Camps will provide your swimmer with a fun summer, swim-focused, camp experience with a focus on improving their swimming technique. Participants will be in the water for two one-hour sessions throughout the day separated by fun camp activities such as crafts, games, and outdoor activities (when the weather allows). 

• Ideal for swimmers in both Lil Legends levels, Legends 13 and under, or swimmers interested in an aquatic-focused summer camp experience.  
• Swimmers must be able to swim 1 length (25m) of Free, Back, and Breast each, unassisted to participate in the camps.
• Participants who are not currently registered as swimmers with a Swimming Canada Swim Team will be registered with Swimming Canada for purposes of attending the camp. 
• Participants must bring their own: swimming gear, active wear (t-shirt, running shoes, shorts), lunch and snacks, sunblock, and a filled water bottle.
• Swimmers who have participated in a week of summer swim camp will be evaluated for placement on the Legends Swim Team for the 2024-25 season and will not have to attend a tryout in the fall. 

Schedule:
Camps will run from an 8:00 drop-off to a 4:00 pickup each day.  

* No camp Canada Day.
** No camp on the day Regatta Day goes ahead.

Fees:
Legends Summer Swim Camps will be $200 per participant per week. 

Location:
For the 2024 Summer the Legends Summer Camps will run out of the MUN Pool. This pool is located in the Physcial Education Building on Memorial University's St. John's Campus.  

How to Signup!

Legends Families:
Members can register for each week by signing into their account on this website registering for the Summer Camp week(s) they wish to participate under the 2023-24 Registration menu. 

Non-Legends Families:
Non-Members are welcome! However, they must first create an account with the Legends. Once your account is approved (please allow 24h to be approved) they can then register for the weeks they wish to participate. Non-Members can request an account at: https://www.sjlegends.com/account/createaccount
Request your account early!

Other Swim Club members
Our camps are open to all swimmers who wish to join in the fun. Swimmers from other swim teams have to register on our website for their account. This will not impact their registration with their home club.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to manager@sjlegends.com and are subject to the following conditions:

• $50 non-refundable Administration Cancellation Fee, if cancellation is received up to 5 business days prior to the start of the camp
• $75 non-refundable Administration Cancellation Fee, if cancellation is received less than 5 business days prior to the start of the camp
• No-shows will not receive a refund.
• Any cancellations prior to the camp due to illness or injury will receive a 100% refund if a medical certificate accompanies a written cancellation request.
