Per Diem / Mileage Rates for Coaches
At St. John's Legends Swim Club, we value our coaches' dedication. Below are the current per diem rates to ensure their comfort and support during travel and team events away from the metro area.
Per Diem Allowance
Meal allowances are provided for travel that extends outside of regular home-based operations. You do not need to provide itemized receipts for these amounts, but meals provided by a host, hotel, or event cannot be claimed.
$15 - Breakfast
$20 - Lunch
$40 - Supper
Milage
Coaches using their personal vehicles for approved team travel are eligible for mileage reimbursement.
Where possible, coaches are encouraged to carpool to reduce overall expenses.
$0.50/km
Claims for Per Diem or Milage are submitted to the Team Manager using the Expense Claim form located on the SJL website, under SJL Forms.
