Attire: Semi (No hoodies/sweats)

Meals:
- $35.00 per plate: Stuffed Chicken, Beef served with mashed potatoes, mashed turnip, peas, carrots, home-style gravy, and Tea/Coffee & Chocolate Tuxedo Cake for dessert.
- $17 Chicken Fingers and Fries with a dessert
Invoicing will occur after June 8th and be billed against the swimmer's accounts. Please submit one form per attending individual.
