 ** Declaration Process ***

If you intend to attend the David Fry Swim Meet please declare your swimmer by the declaration deadline by clicking the "Accept/Decline" button. 

The St. John's Legends recognizes that off-island travel comes with a significant financial commitment for families, as such these meets differ in our scratch process, and swimmers need to opt into these meets by declaring themselves through the website. Deadlines for these meets are typically set 6 weeks in advance. Where it is applicable, swimmers who qualify for a meet within the 6-week window and still want to attend should contact the Team Manager about deadlines. 

Swimmers who qualify after the final declaration deadline should speak to their coach regarding being entered into the meet. 

By declaring for team travel you are agreeing to commit to sending your swimmer in the accompaniment of coaches and chaperons to the David Fry swim meet. Based on final numbers on Dec 18th, a price for team travel will be set and a deposit of $150 will be required. At this point, as per team travel policy, swimmers "own" the flight.
